In the pages of history, few stories carry as many timeless lessons as the encounter between the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and Suraqah bin Malik. The Historical Context

When Quraysh announced a grand reward for anyone who could capture or kill the Prophet ﷺ and his companion, Abu Bakr, Suraqah saw an opportunity. He set out alone, chasing them with the hope of claiming the bounty. However, as he drew closer, his horse stumbled and sank into the sand multiple times, thwarting his pursuit.

Realizing he was in the presence of a man protected by divine forces, Suraqah shifted his stance. He requested safety and even asked the Prophet ﷺ for a promise. The Prophet ﷺ, with his characteristic foresight, promised Suraqah the bracelets of the Persian king, Kisra. True to the Prophet's word, years later, during the caliphate of Umar ibn al-Khattab, Suraqah wore those very bracelets after Persia fell to the Muslims.

    The promise of Kisra’s bracelets highlights the Prophet ﷺ’s unparalleled vision. Even as he fled persecution, he spoke with certainty about the triumph of Islam, showing how great leaders see beyond immediate challenges.

  تسببت تلك الصرخة الهائلة التي أطلقها الكائن الفضائي في فقداني للوعي وحين فتحت عينيّ، شعرت بثقل في رأسي وكأنني كنت نائمًا لقرون. تململت قليلًا، وحين حاولت النهوض، وجدت نفسي مقيّدًا داخل زنزانة معدنية باردة. كانت جدرانها تُصدر وهجًا خافتًا بلون أزرق غريب، وبابها بلا مفصلات أو مقبض، وكأنه قطعة واحدة لا تُفتح ولا تُغلق. تحسّست معصميّ لأجد أصفادًا شفّافة، كأنها مصنوعة من الضوء نفسه. لا ألم، لا إحساس بالضغط، ولكن لا مجال للتحرّك .
